Our Story

Sapno Ki Silai was born from a simple yet powerful belief: when women are equipped with practical skills and meaningful opportunities, they have the power to transform their own lives and those of their families. Located in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, our initiative works with women from families of factory workers, providing them with vocational stitching training and the confidence to build a more independent future.

The Need

Across many communities, countless women possess extraordinary determination and potential but have limited opportunities to develop vocational skills or earn an independent income. For many families, financial responsibilities often rest on a single earning member, making households vulnerable to economic uncertainty. While many women are eager to contribute, they frequently lack access to structured training, resources, or pathways to employment. Sapno Ki Silai seeks to bridge this gap by providing practical stitching education that enables women to transform creativity into opportunity.

Our Mission: Empowering Women Through Skill

We believe that empowerment is built through education and skill development. Our mission is to equip women from families of factory workers with vocational stitching training, restoring their confidence and creating sustainable livelihood opportunities.

FOUNDER

Meet Nysaa Gupta

Sapno Ki Silai was founded by Nysaa Gupta, a student driven by the belief that meaningful change begins with opportunity. Inspired by the resilience of women and the transformative power of skill development, she envisioned an initiative that would go beyond traditional charitable support. Instead, she wanted to create a platform where women could learn, create, and earn through their own abilities.
